Next-day UK mainland cutoff is 12:30pm (Europe/London).
UK shipping
- All shipping to UK mainland is free of charge.
- Orders placed before 12:30pm on a working day are processed the same day for free next working day delivery.
- We do not offer weekend or public holiday delivery services.
- Shipping outside the UK mainland may take around 3 to 5 working days and is chargeable.
Track your order
Once your airer has shipped we email the tracking number and a carrier link. You can also open the order under My Account.
Returns (clothesairers.com)
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery for ABIS heated clothes airers purchased on clothesairers.com, provided the item is unused, in the same condition you received it, with original packaging, and you can provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us through our Contact page first. You normally cover return postage unless the unit is faulty.
Damages
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong.
