Voice is for hands-full on/off. Timers and schedules still live in Smart Life.

Do this
In Smart Life: Me → Third-Party Voice Services → More, then Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, and link the same Smart Life account. Or in the Alexa app: Skills & Games → search Smart Life → Enable → sign in with that account. In Google Home: Set up device → Works with Google → Smart Life, then link that same account.
You should see
Account linking success, then Discover devices. Heated Airer should appear.

Try a short command

Do this
Say ‘Alexa, turn on Heated Airer’ or ‘Hey Google, turn off Heated Airer’. Use the name you set in Smart Life.
You should see
The airer panel switches ON or OFF to match.
Tip. Voice will not set a two-hour countdown. Use Timer in Smart Life for that, then voice for the override.
