Already use Smart Life? Tap Log In with that account. New to the app? Register with email. Do not make a second account.

Do this
Open Smart Life. If you already see Home (weather and a +), you are signed in — skip the rest of this guide and go to power-on. If you see Register and Log In, and you already have a Smart Life account, tap Log In. Do not tap Register.
You should see
The welcome screen with Register and Log In — or Home, if you were already signed in.
Stay on this step. A second account will not see devices on the first. Use the same login you already use for other Smart Life devices, Alexa, or Google.

Enter your existing email and password

Do this
Enter the registered email or mobile number and the password, then tap Log In. If you forgot it, tap Forgot Password, tap Get Verification Code, set a new password, and tap Done. On iPhone you can also use Apple ID if that is how you originally signed in.
You should see
The Home tab. Other devices you already added may be listed — that is fine. You add the airer in a later guide.
Tip. Skip this step if Home already opened. Some Android phones offer Quick Login from the SIM — use it only if that is your number.

Do this
Skip this step and the next if you just logged in. On the welcome screen tap Register (some versions: Log in with Password, then Register in the top right). Read the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Third-Party Information Sharing List, then tap Agree if you are happy to continue.
You should see
A form asking for country/region, then email or mobile number.
Stay on this step. Country/region cannot be changed after you register. Leave it on United Kingdom if that is where you live.
Step 4 of 4
New accounts: verify and set a password

Do this
Skip this step if you logged in. Type your email, tap Get Verification Code, then enter the code from your inbox. Set a password and tap Done.
You should see
The empty Smart Life home: weather at the top, no devices yet, a + in the corner.
Tip. Use an email the household can keep — you will invite other people later, not share this password.
