If it shows Offline
Offline means the airer cannot reach WiFi — usually power, distance, or the router moved.
You will need
- Airer plugged in
Step 1 of 3
Check power and the foot switch
Heated Airer
Offline
Smart Life · as it appears on the phone
Do this
Confirm the wall socket is live and the airer is plugged in. Offline is about WiFi, not whether heat is on.
You should see
Home tile with a grey Offline badge instead of Online.
Step 2 of 3
Move closer, then reopen the app
Heated Airer
Offline
Smart Life · as it appears on the phone
Do this
If the airer sits far from the router, try a closer socket once. Pull down to refresh Home. Wait a minute — it often returns without pairing again.
You should see
Online restored, or still Offline.
Tip. Changing the home WiFi name or password will drop it until you pair again.
Step 3 of 3
Pair again only if it stays offline
London · 11°C · Utility
Tap + to add the airer.
Smart Life · as it appears on the phone
Do this
If it is still Offline after a reboot of the router, follow Pair the airer again (EZ mode, quick blink). Your schedules usually return with the same account.
You should see
The pairing flow, then Heated Airer Online.
