Pair the airer with Smart Life
Your phone must stay on 2.4GHz WiFi for the whole pairing. Add the airer as Other, then rename it on the next guide.
You will need
- Power-on already done: socket on, plug middle button, standby glowing
- Phone already joined to 2.4GHz WiFi — not 5GHz WiFi
- That same 2.4GHz WiFi password
- Phone Bluetooth turned on
- Smart Life allowed Location, Bluetooth, and local network / nearby devices

Do this
Open the phone’s WiFi settings. Join the 2.4GHz network (often named …-2.4G or the older/slower band). Stay on it until pairing finishes. Then return to Smart Life.
You should see
The phone’s WiFi name is the 2.4GHz network, not a 5GHz WiFi name.
Stay on this step. Only 2.4GHz WiFi works. 5GHz WiFi will fail. Mobile 5G/4G data is not a substitute during pairing. If the router uses one name for both bands, turn 5GHz off for ten minutes, or pick the 2.4GHz SSID if it is listed separately.

Put the airer into pairing

Tap + to add the airer.

Do this
The socket, plug button, and standby switch must already be on. On the plug, hold the middle button until the indicator blinks quickly (about five seconds). Leave it blinking.
You should see
A rapid blink on the plug. Slow blink is the backup method in another guide.
Stay on this step. No blink usually means the wall socket is off, the plug button was never pressed, or standby on the airer is still off.

Do this
In Smart Life tap + (or Add Device) at the top right. Open Add Manually, then Others. Electrical → Socket (Wi-Fi) also works if you see it. Auto Scan may list it as Other — tap Add. Do not wait for our product name.
You should see
A device card named Other, with Ready to add and an Add button.
Tip. Others is the category. The device name is Other until you rename it. That is expected.

Confirm the indicator is blinking
- 1. Power the airer on
- 2. Hold the plug’s middle button until it blinks quickly
- 3. Confirm the indicator is blinking rapidly

Do this
This is EZ mode (the default, fast blink). When the app shows Reset the device, select Confirm the indicator is blinking rapidly (some versions say quickly), then tap Next.
You should see
The Reset the device steps, then Select Wi-Fi and a password field. Only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks are supported.

Do this
Select the 2.4GHz network your phone is already on. Type that password carefully and tap Next. Do not pick a 5GHz network even if it looks stronger.
You should see
2.4GHz Wi-Fi only on the screen. A 5GHz row, if shown, is not usable.
Stay on this step. Keep the phone on 2.4GHz until the app says the device was added. Switching bands mid-way fails pairing.

Wait for it to join, still as Other
Connecting to Wi-Fi…
Keep the app open. Usually under a minute.

Do this
Keep Smart Life in the foreground. Do not lock the phone. When it succeeds, the default name is still Other — that is expected.
You should see
Register device → connect to Wi-Fi → initialise. Next screen lets you rename it.
