Guide 18 of 20 · Follow in order
If the airer will not connect
Almost always 5GHz WiFi, skipped power-on (socket / plug button / standby), or not added as Other.
You will need
- Phone next to the airer and the router
- Phone on 2.4GHz WiFi for the whole retry
Step 1 of 4
Confirm power-on first
Standby safety on the airer

Do this

You should see
Plug light on, foot switch glowing.
Step 2 of 4

Do this
Leave Smart Life. Open WiFi settings. If you are on a 5GHz WiFi network, switch to 2.4GHz before you retry. Stay on 2.4GHz until it is added.
You should see
Phone WiFi showing a 2.4GHz name. 5GHz WiFi will not finish this pairing.
Stay on this step. This is the usual failure. Guest WiFi and VPNs also block it.
